Overview
The rapidly evolving situation with COVID-19 has meant that there has been multiple developments all over the globe. In regards to this situation the Kolarctic CBC 2014-2020 Programme is not an exception.
Due to existing circumstances, the Programme has recognized that modifications in the application process are needed. In practice, this means that the delivery of signed hard copies of the application form and required annexes that need to be signed, have been modified to match the current situation of minimal personal contacts. This is also required, because of the recent restrictions, due to which the offices of the Managing Authority and Branch Offices are currently closed and are not able to accept hand-/courier delivered mail.
Application methods under COVID-19
The 4th Call for Proposals is open and the submission of your application should be done 31.3.2020 16.00 EET in PROMAS. Because of new instructions concerning face-to-face contacts in the programme area countries, the Kolarctic CBC 2014-2020 Programme has updated alternative methods of application in response to this situation. The applicants of the 4th Call for Proposals should read the instructions provided in our application page carefully before submitting their application, in order to understand the application procedure.
