Call for tender: Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)

Kolarctic CBC 2014-2020, in cooperation with the Interreg Central Baltic 2014-2020 and South-East Finland – Russia CBC 2014-2020 Programme, jointly invite interested parties to submit a written proposal for performing the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the 2021-2027 programming period.
The Terms of Reference (ToR) available here: SEA ToR FINAL 16.11.2020 sets the framework for the call for tenders for the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).  The evaluator must be able to carry out the SEA in the whole Programme territory for all Programmes, except that programme territories in Russia are excluded.  A separate procedure for SEA will be arranged in the programme territories in Russia. Note that the geographical area included in this SEA does  not totally match the programme areas of the ongoing programmes Kolarctic CBC, South-East Finland – Russia CBC and Interreg Central Baltic.
