PROMAS
Programming of the Kolarctic 2021-2027 Programme has progressed to the state of public hearing. The Managing Authority of Kolarctic CBC 2014-2020 programme calls for feedback for the draft Programme Document and for the draft Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) reports.
Public hearing is open to everyone interested in the future Programme’s contents and implementation, including Programme partners and stakeholders as well as the private persons. Please note that the Kolarctic 2021-2027 Programming Committee has selected the four priorities for the programme and at this stage the feedback should concentrate on the content of the selected priorities.
Feedback can be given in English, Finnish, North Sami, Norwegian, Russian or Swedish by using the feedback forms (links below).
Public hearing closes on 11th December 2021.
Submitted feedback shall be recorded, analysed and forwarded for the Programming Committee to finalize the Programme.

The Kolarctic 2021-2027 Programming Task Force organises online information events on the programme draft and the strategic environmental assessment report on the following dates:
