Reminder about the Kolarctic ENPI CBC 2007-2013 archiving obligations

The Kolarctic ENPI CBC 2007-2013 Programme balance payment was made and the Programme officially closed on October 12, 2020. However, the project obligations do not end even though the Programme is closed and project implementation time has ended. Following the Commission Regulation (EU) No 951/2007 Art. 45, all the project partners are required to archive documents related to the project’s implementation for seven (7) years after the Programme closure. This means that the project partners must store the documents until 12 October 2027.
