New Project Portal published

The Managing Authority of Kolarctic CBC (which also works as the Managing Authority of Kolarctic ENPI CBC 2007-2013) has cooperated with Karelia ENPI CBC and South-East Finland-Russia ENPI CBC,  in publishing a portal with all projects that have been financed in the framework of the three programmes. Currently the information is available only in English. Russian and Finnish language versions are on the way.
