DUE DATE EXTENDED: Tendering launched for Installation, hosting and support of Jems

The due date for submitting a tender for installation, hosting and support of Jems has been extended to the 31st January 2022.

This award procedure aims at selecting an IT service provider for the installation, small development and maintenance services related to “Jems” (Joint electronic monitoring system) software as well as hosting services of the system. The software will be used during the programming period 2021-2027 until the closure of the programmes in 2031 (estimation).

Kolarctic, South-East Finland – Russia and Karelia programmes lunched the tendering together. Jems shall be installed, hosted and supported based on the service contract between the Managing Authority of the each Programme and the winner of this tendering.

The procurement of the service shall be implemented based on a European Union -level tendering open during 17.12.2021–31.01.2022.

In addition to the website of each of the Programmes, the tender announcement is published at Hilma (public procurement) as well as at the Official Journal of the European Union.
