Themes and priorization for the next programme period

Preparations for the “Kolarctic 2021-2027”, the next Cross-Border Cooperation programme between the regions of Lapland, Norrbotten, Troms & Finnmark, Nordland, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, and Nenets autonomous district has started. To get the views and opinions of the residents and stakeholders of the programme region, we would like to get your opinion on the selection and prioritization of themes for the next kolarctic 2021-2027 Programme.

The survey can be filled in English, Russian, Swedish and Norwegian. You can change the language by clicking on the language button located on the top-right corner. The survey is open until 18.12.2020.
