Before the actual event, the projects have the possibility to meet the Managing Authority and Branch Offices, and present individual questions about their project implementation this “Open House is from 09.00 – 11.00 in Olga Bardh meeting room

11.30-12.30 Lunch for the participants in Restaurant Craft & Draft

12.30-12.50 Welcome to the event! Riikka Oittinen, Programme Manager, opens the event and introduces the Managing Authority and Branch Offices’ staff

12.50-14.30 The Kolarctic CBC projects present themselves in only 3 minutes per project

14.30-15.00 Coffee break

15.00-16.00 Experiences about project implementation – as an introduction, there is a project’s point of view, and then panel discussion, questions and answers. Olga Klisheva, Kolarctic CBC Branch Office in Arkhangelsk

16.00-17.00 Sharing experiences on topics around Kolarctic CBC project implementation – Round Table discussions and conclusions

Day 2: 29.11. (Friday)

10.30-11.00 Coffee and sandwich break with free “mingling”

11.00-12.30 Monitoring and Evaluation of projects: what is expected from you? How to use monitoring and evaluation for the best performance of your project?

NOTE: PRESENTING YOUR PROJECT

We have on the agenda a session where every project presents itself in MAX 3 minutes. So, please prepare a short presentation about your project. Participants from the same project can agree between themselves who is giving the presentation. We hope that you take the 3 minutes time limit as an interesting challenge. We will use a timer in the event!

MATERIAL FROM THE PROJECTS

It is optional to bring own material to be displayed on a limited exhibition area in the venue. Please inform marita.thelin@lansstyrelsen.se if you want to bring some material with you.

COSTS

The projects will cover their travel expenses and accommodation from their own budgets. Venue, lunch 28.11., and dinner 28.11. will be offered by Kolarctic CBC.

PARTICIPATION

All Kolarctic CBC projects are invited. HOX! Previously limitation of the participants of each project has been taken away now. Because of limited space and seats in the premises, IF we get so many registrations that we have not enough seats, we will limit the participation to 1 participant / country / project. Each participant has to fill in the registration form.

Deadline for registration is 31 October 2019.

 

  • If there will be places left at the end of the registration, we will be glad to invite more participants from the same project. For this we will make a reserve list. If you want to add some representatives of your project to the reserve list, please write their names, job titles and the name of the partner organisation and country they represent.
